When do I get my 50% discount?
Your discount is applied after your friend completes their first paid detailing appointment with Top Tier Auto Spa. We'll reach out to you directly to apply it.
Does my friend get a discount?
Yes — every new client receives 30% off their first detailing appointment, regardless of which package they choose. This applies once per new customer.
Does my friend need to become a member?
No — your friend just needs to complete their first paid detail at any level. Membership is not required for either of you to receive the referral reward.
How many friends can I refer?
As many as you like. Each successful referral earns you a separate 50% discount — one per referred friend who completes their first visit.
Does the 50% discount expire?
No expiry. Once your friend completes their appointment, the discount is credited to your account and stays there until you're ready to use it.
What does "equal or lesser value" mean?
Your 50% reward applies to any detailing package priced at or below what your friend paid for their first visit. So if they got a Premium Detail, you can use it on a Premium or Express.
Can I refer someone who's already a customer?
The referral reward applies to new customers only — someone who has not previously booked with Top Tier Auto Spa.
